Hello my name is Chau!

I am a mother of 2, wife, entrepreneur, and classic fashion style seeker! For those who are curious, the blog name Limelight Lane was created because I love the Limelight Hydrangea. It has such vibrant greens stems and foliage with gorgeous white blooms. There is something so simple, fresh and pure about these flowers. I like those thoughts and wanted to capture the essence of it in my style.

This blog evolved when I got laid off from my corporate job in 2013 and honestly didn’t even know what to wear any more. After giving birth to 2 kids, not fitting in my clothes, and never really understanding my style, I came across some fashion bloggers and really started to explore the art of fashion. I got rid of all my ill fitting clothes and shoes, created a clothing budget, and really started to keep it lean, mean, and classic!

Closet rules I live by: filling in gaps, best fitting, high quality, and sparking joy!

Limelight Lane is dedicated to the journey of discovering my evolving style. There will be some hits and some misses along the way.
