Hello every! Another month, another recap of what I bought. We took the kids on a California trip for their fall break (they get a week off this year from school) which we planned way back in February. I’ve been saving all of my cash back from Amex, BOA Travel Rewards, and this new Chase Rewards card to fund about 80% of the trip. We stayed with my hubby’s cousin and family for several days and hit Disneyland, California Adventure Park, Catalina Island, and the San Diego Zoo. Such a fun and active vacation and the kids had a ball of course!

Rose gold and gold Carryon Suitcases | Chambray Ruffle Shirt-only $35

I got these fun hardside and lightweight carry ons for the trip as we didn’t want to pay extra for checked bags. Aren’t they so gorgeous! Gold for me and rose gold for mini me 🙂 They ended up being checked for free when Delta ran out of space and we got SO many compliments with the new cases. My hubby was even beginning to wonder if they were made of gold 🙂

I am obsessed with these makeup brushes that I received from Artis Brush. The heads are so dense and holds the makeup on the tips (no waste) and glided on my compacted foundation so nicely. They are seriously amazing!

Thoughts on what I bought:

  1. Madewell Chambray Ruffle Shirt xs$35: I wore my striped Madewell shirt so much, my hubby was wondering if I owned any other clothes. LOL. So when this went I sale, I ran quickly to the store 🙂
  2. Jcrew Camo Legging Pants–28– $79: Truly obsessed! Camo is so trendy this fall and the fits was so perfect I couldn’t pass them up.
  3. Jcrew Carnation Earrings$18: I saw some cream colored ones in the summer and missed out on them so when these popped up I knew they would be mine! They are so lightweight you wouldn’t even realize you are wearing earrings.
  4. Luckybrand Suede Booties $15 DSW sent me a $50 gift card-THANK YOU! I was spying some pointed ankle booties and the stars aligned here 🙂
  5. Draper James Trinket Tray$18 Did I mention I was in Nashville for work in September? When in Nashville, you stop by DJ and walked out with this cute jewelry tray perfect for my nightstand to hold my rings.
  6. Gap Striped Ruffle Shirt-small- C/O I partned up with the Gap at Avalon for a photoshoot and had to quickly select 2 outfits to wear. I was head over heels for this ruffle shirt and so happy they gifted it to me. You need this in your life!!
  7. Gap Sweatshirt Dress-small-$40 As soon as I saw the coziness of this dress, I knew I needed it in my life!! And it has pockets 🙂
  8. Artis Makeup Brushes -C/O I partnered with Snobswap and their partners for a contest this month for a free Chanel bag (too bad I didn’t win-LOL) and Artis sent these mirrored makeup brushes for me to try out. They are the serious bomb!
  9. Seven Haircare Line – C/O Seven also sent me a box FULL of goodies including shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, dry shampoo, and serum. THANK Ya’ll as the salon quality is AMAZING!
  10. Shein Lantern Floral Dress Medium – C/O I could have ordered a small but this worked well for an apple shaped girl like me 🙂 And it perfect for fall festivals, apple picking, and pumpkin patches trips!

Ruffle Striped Shirt c/o | LV Speedy25 (preloved)

I am so, so bad but since I was in Carlsbad, CA I had to stop by Fashionphile to check it out. And of course I walked out with this Speedy25 DE that is really the perfect fall bag. It was a steal at 40% off retail and in excellent condition. I couldn’t say no. I’ll have to reel back next year 🙂
